To make your experience hassle-free, we offer convenient online booking. Simply follow the three easy steps below. Our user-friendly map and interface makes it quick and easy to secure your rentals in advance, ensuring that your desired items are reserved and ready for your arrival.
Upon reaching the beach, look for our friendly dedicated attendant. They will be there to greet you and set up your selected chairs and umbrellas in the perfect spot. We understand that every beachgoer has different needs, so we offer flexible rental additions to accommodate a variety of needs. Whether you need a single premium beach set or a larger setup for your entire party, we have you covered.
Follow these three simple steps to book your beach chairs and umbrella:
- Determine the ideal beach service location: Utilize our map to identify the beach service location that suits your preferences and needs.
- Reserve your beach chairs & umbrella set(s): Choose the desired number of beach chairs and umbrellas for your group and make your reservation.
- Select your preferred beach access: Indicate the specific beach access point where you would like your beach chairs and umbrellas to be set up.

Please note that all Regional Beach Access points provide amenities such as restrooms and parking. Additionally, if you wish to learn more about each beach access, click on the yellow icon with an umbrella, and then click on the hyperlink.
To book your beach chairs and umbrella service, follow these steps:
Once you have identified your preferred beach access, then you are ready to book your beach chairs.
- Click on the “Premium Beach Set Rental” button below.
- Choose your desired dates and click “Book Now.”
- If you need more than one set, repeat the process.
- If you need additional chairs or umbrellas, please add them separately and make sure to have a premium beach set rental in your order.
- Once you have added all the items you need, select “View Cart” to verify your selections.
- Proceed to checkout to complete your booking.
To select your preferred beach access, follow these simple steps during the checkout process:
- Once you reach the checkout page, locate the section titled “Beach Chair & Umbrella Setup Locations.”
- From the provided drop-down list, choose your desired location for beach service.
- Complete the billing details section as required.
- Proceed with the payment process to finalize your booking.
Lastly…what to do once you arrive at your beach access
When you arrive at the beach, our dedicated South Walton Beach Service Association (SWBSA) attendant will be waiting for you. Look for the SWBSA attendant station along the dune line when you reach the bottom of the walkway. You can easily spot them in their blue shirts. The SWBSA requires all vendors providing beach service at the listed access points to be part of their association. This guarantees that our attendants will check you in and promptly set up your chairs on a first-come, first-served basis.
Beach service hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, with a lunch break between 12 pm and 1 pm. To receive the best service, we recommend planning your arrival before or after the lunch break. Keep in mind that, as per county ordinance, the attendant can only hold empty chairs for up to 30 minutes. If you need to leave the beach for more than 30 minutes, the attendant will kindly take down your chairs. However, upon your return, they will gladly set them up for you again.

Beach Equipment Cancellation Policy
Please note the following cancellation policy regarding orders for our beach chairs and umbrella rental services:
- Prior to One Week of Service: If an order is cancelled more than one week prior to the scheduled service, a full refund will be provided to the customer.
- Within One Week of Service: For orders cancelled within one week, but greater than 24 hours of the scheduled service, the customer will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Within 24 hours of service: In the event that an order is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service, no refund will be issued to the customer.
- There are no refunds due to inclement weather.
