We just got back from our week-long vacation in Destin and renting our gear was a game changer. We flew, so we couldn't just bring everything along. We rented the smaller cooler, a beach cart with balloon wheels, a boogie board, bocce ball, and a chair. All of the gear fit on the cart, and the wheels on the cart made bringing our stuff to and from the beach effortless. They dropped it off at our door super early the morning of, and kept in contact via text for pickup time on our last day. They were also very responsive on Facebook. 100% recommend and will be placing another order next year.

Beach Gear Rental FAQs

We typically deliver your beach gear the evening before your first rental day and pick everything up at the end of your last rental day. You only need to book the days you plan to use the gear.

No, but delivery procedures vary by property type.

For hotels, beach gear is delivered to the front desk.

For condos, if you are present, we deliver directly to your unit door. We do not enter units or use guest access codes. If you have not yet checked in or are unavailable, and the condo has a front desk, delivery will be made there instead.

Because many condos do not allow items to be left unattended in hallways or common areas, we do not leave beach gear outside unit doors when guests are unavailable. In those cases, delivery will be scheduled for the morning of your first rental day. Morning delivery times are not guaranteed for a specific hour.

No. You do not need to be present for pickup, but coordination is required for condos.

For condos, we will coordinate a pickup window with you. You will receive a text with an approximate pickup time on your last rental day. Pickup typically begins after 6:30pm.

If you are unavailable during that pickup window and your condo has a front desk, please bring all beach gear to the front desk for pickup. If your condo does not have a front desk, individual arrangements will be made.

For hotels, beach gear is picked up from the front desk.

Please have all items gathered and ready at the agreed location at the end of your last rental day.

No. This is beach gear delivered to your rental, which means you are free to choose your location and schedule. Unlike traditional beach services, you are not limited to designated vendor zones, fixed setups, or set service hours.

Book the days you plan to use the gear. Since we typically deliver the evening before, there’s no need to add an extra day just for delivery.

If you need to adjust your gear before delivery, contact us as early as possible and we’ll do our best based on availability.
