After booking, we’ll handle everything — Permits, setup, and cleanup. You just show up, kick back, and make memories with your crew.
Make It Your Own
Looking to personalize your setup? We offer a range of add-ons — extra seating, tables, drink coolers, beach games, string lights, high-top tables, hammocks, and more. Whether it’s a romantic evening, family reunion, wedding reception, or bachelorette celebration, we’ll tailor the vibe to fit your vision.

Booking & Setup
We’ll have your bonfire ready 30 minutes before go-time. Got a specific schedule? We’re happy to work with it. Bonfires end by 11:30 PM so we can clean up and keep our beaches pristine for the next sunny day.
Permits
We secure all necessary permits for you through Walton County and South Walton Fire District. Permits are limited and released within two weeks of your event. Flexible dates and backup locations help secure your ideal setup.
Reschedule
We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule your beach bonfire, we’ll work with you to find a new date that works for both of us, subject to our availability and permit availability. We recommend planning ahead to secure your preferred date and location, as our bookings tend to fill up quickly.
Please keep in mind that permit availability is limited, and access availability is not guaranteed. Should you need to reschedule, a new permit will need to be purchased, as permits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Inclement Weather / County Issued Burn Bans
We realize that rescheduling can be a hassle, so we’ll do our best to be flexible and accommodating to your needs. If rescheduling is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll work with you to find a new date that suits you best. Please note that obtaining a new permit is required, as permits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Turtle Nests
Sea turtle protection is important, and from May to October, nesting season may impact beach access.
If a nest blocks your reserved access point, we’ll work with the county to shift your permit or relocate your bonfire. While a $125 re-permitting fee may apply, we always try to avoid extra costs for you.
Refunds aren’t issued for bonfire moves due to turtle nests — but rest assured, we’ll handle the details and make your night just as unforgettable.
Questions about turtle season? Contact us or text/call 850-621-3277.
Refunds / Cancellations
We get it — plans can change. Here’s how we keep things fair and flexible:
Full Refund: Cancel 14+ days before your bonfire, and you’ll receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancel 1–13 days prior, and we’ll refund 50% or issue a full credit (minus the $125 permit fee).
Same-Day: Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to help you reschedule if possible.
Weather, burn bans, and other unexpected issues may require changes. If that happens, we’ll reach out to reschedule or offer a refund (minus the permit fee if already issued).
Need to make changes? Contact us here or text/call 850-621-3277 — we’re here to help!
Private Accesses
Hosting your bonfire on private beachfront property? We charge a $50 convenience fee for the extra time and logistics. Our team follows all county regulations, including keeping flames 50 feet from dunes.
If erosion prevents setup at your private location, we’ll help secure the nearest public access. A new permit may be required, and if you choose not to move forward, we can offer a 50% refund.
Special Events Permit
If your group has 30 or more people, Walton County requires a Special Event Permit. Fees range from $250–$1,000 depending on group size, and permits are non-refundable.
Only one is issued per beach access per night — so early booking is key. If your group grows after booking, we’ll invoice for the permit and update your reservation. Failure to notify us of large group size may result in cancellation without refund.
