LSVs, or Low-Speed Vehicles, meet Florida State DMV regulations and are equipped with key safety features such as seatbelts, windshield wipers, headlights, brake lights, turn signals, reflex reflectors, and side mirrors. These features make LSVs fully street-legal, allowing them to operate on public roads with speed limits of 35 mph or less.
LSVs must also be registered and display a license plate.
In contrast, traditional golf carts that are not classified as LSVs are not street-legal. They lack the required safety equipment and are limited to use on private roads within private communities.

All of our golf carts are fully electric and can be charged using any standard outlet. For added convenience, every rental includes a 50-foot extension cord.
You can park the golf cart anywhere standard vehicles are permitted. While some shops, restaurants, and beach access points offer designated golf cart spaces, you’re welcome to use a regular parking spot if those are full.
No need to clean the cart before pickup — we’ll take care of that for you. Just be sure to remove any personal items and debris before we arrive.
