Refunds / Cancellations

Experience peace of mind when booking your beach bonfire with us! We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we’ve created a bonfire cancellation policy that covers all scenarios. That way, you can focus on planning your perfect event without any worries.

• If you need to cancel your bonfire anytime before 14 days of the scheduled event, we can offer a full refund.
• For cancellations made between 1-14 days of the event, we can offer a refund equalling 50% of the amount paid or a full rental credit minus the $125 Bonfire Permit fee.
• While we’re unable to provide any refunds or rental credit for cancellations made within 24 hours, we’ll do our best to work with you on rescheduling.

We know that weather can be unpredictable too, which is why we reserve the right to cancel your event in the event of unfavorable conditions or Walton County burn bans. But don’t worry – we’ll do everything we can to make sure your experience is still unforgettable. If we have to cancel, we’ll reach out to you on the day of the event to discuss rescheduling options. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we’ll provide you with a full refund minus the $125 Bonfire Permit fee.

Inclement Weather / County Issued Burn Bans

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, which is why we want to work with you to find the best solution possible. While factors such as weather conditions and burn bans can impact the feasibility of your beach bonfire, we’ll do our utmost to make it happen for you. 

We realize that rescheduling can be a hassle, so we’ll do our best to be flexible and accommodating to your needs. If rescheduling is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll work with you to find a new date that suits you best. Please note that obtaining a new permit is required, as permits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
